Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently hiring an experienced MR Truck driver for their client for a Parks Litter Compactor Truck Operator position. This role would involve meeting at the depot each morning in Clayton South to pick up the truck and then operate and servicing the City of Stonnington parks network.
This role is casual 40 hour weeks with set hours of 11:00-19:00 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sundays (Days off on Wednesday and Saturdays).
Key Responsibilities
- Collect litter bins from designated park locations.
- Operate compactor truck safely and efficiently.
- Follow safe driving practices in urban environments.
- Complete scheduled park waste collections on weekdays and weekends.
- Maintain accurate records of waste collection and bin infrastructure.
Skills and Experience
- Previous truck driving experience.
- MR Driver’s License (mandatory).
- Ability to use mobile devices for reporting and communication.
- Self-starter with strong teamwork skills.
- Strong commitment to safety, environmental standards, and quality.
- Professional presentation and communication skills.
- A clear commitment and understanding of Quality and Health, Safety and Environment systems
- A Current Drivers license

- Police check required.
- To have a Current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- Must be physically able to perform the duties.
- Valid driver’s license and experience driving – Mandatory
